Why should I perform a background check? Aren’t they expensive? Background screening is an imperative part to any company’s security needs. Just as there is insurance to protect you from fires or floods, background screening provides assurance that you are hiring a person who has shown to be safe, trustworthy, and appropriate for the position. We will also assist in establishing your own internal safe hire program to ensure that you are taking all of the necessary steps to protect your business, employees, and customers. As a member of the NAPBS, we are kept apprised of the ever changing legislation and compliance requirements in the background screening industry.
